The Conrah is an elegant Edwardian house that was owned by the ‘Smiths’ of Smith crisps fame. It burnt down in 1911 but has been rebuilt, as far as we understand, to look as it did before.
Located on the coastline of Mid Wales we have 18 acres of beautiful gardens and countryside that enhance the feeling of timelessness and help to create the most wonderful pictures and memories.
Our Manager, Nathan, leads a young and motivated team, and has impressed with his calm attention to detail that ensures that every wedding is exactly what you want it to be. No fuss, no hiccups and no tears, except those of happiness.
We have a team of very talented chefs whose quality of food never ceases to amaze us. They are passionate about creating wonderful flavours and use local suppliers and local foods to achieve this. We allow nothing to leave the kitchen unless it meets our exacting standards and they are very high!
We are very excited to find our Red Kites beginning to nest with us again after a 5 year abscence, a beautiful site to behold whilst you are taking in the views. We would like to ask visitors to respect the birds and keep a reasonable distance from the nests.
